Cambria's January 5, 2001 Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) was allegedly riddled with false and misleading statements.

The product was allegedly falsely labeled as "Non Hazardous" and the exposure hazards of cutting or grinding were allegedly downplayed.

Crucially, the MSDS allegedly neglected to inform workers that wearing an air-supplied respirator is essential to prevent silicosis, a debilitating and deadly lung disease caused by exposure to crystalline silica.
